Personalised Candles & Stoles
follow the steps below to place an order:
order
1. Fill out the appropriate order form (click on the appropriate box below).

- If you're ordering both a stole and a candle, please fill out separate forms. Then attach to an email and include any other particular information to your email if you require for any thing extra (like photos, prayers, poems etc).
- For multiple orders (eg: 2 or more candles or 2 or more stoles) please also fill out separate forms for each person. Only 1 postage fee will be added.
- You can fill out forms online as a PDF document, or you can print and scan it then send by email.
- You can even take a photo of the completed order form and then send by email.
- Snail mail is also welcomed!

2. Email the order form PDF or photo file to parkbraedesignstudios@gmail.com

3. We will send you an order confirmation, followed by a draft layout for you to confirm your order.

4. We will complete your order within 2 weeks and send you an email and photo on completion of order to let you know that it is ready for postage/collection.

5. Payment is required before posting of order or on collection. Payment details will be sent along with draft copy.
Postage
In order to post candles and stoles in a safer way, they will be packed very well in a sturdy box with bubble wrap, which will safe guard them from being crushed during transit. Express Post is advised and suggested to limit handling time. If you wish to discuss other options please do not hesitate to contact us. Postage cost increases at times according to Australia Post increases.
